Trip to Suzhou . . .
So the week long holiday, started with the train journey from Shanghai to a near by city called Suzhou. When we arrived, it was raining, so need to stand in a long Q for the taxi. Finally, we got one and we headed towards Deal’s apartment. It’s in Suzhou industrial area. On the way, the city looked very nice, green and full of lights ![]()
Next day, we went to a tourist spot called Tiger Hill.

We still remember that thing written in an add on the walls of Railway station,
“‘It is a lifelong pity if having visited Suzhou, you did not visit Tiger Hill”
On the web I found that, this is infact came from A famous Song Dynasty poet, Su Shi.
The place is beautiful with some typical Chinese architectures, temples etc. There were even some live shows going on. All ‘n’ all, looked like a place worth visiting . . . .
By the way, other trip to an Island, which we had planned along with Chinese colleagues, got canceled for so and so reasons ![]()
So I returned back to Shanghai on Wednesday(Oct 4th) night
