Undoubtedly, Swades is the the one of finest movies ever created by Bollywood !
It’s far from the normal filmy formula used in most of the commercial films.
Off course, a bit magic of Shahrukh and Gowarikar !
It’s great simply for the fact that, it is straightforward. There is no bashing on other countries, infact it is a film about a man who blames him self. If giving your life for the sake of country is one face of the patriotism, the other side is to live for the country. The best part is, the director never tried to tell everything by himself, instead he lets the audience.
The point is, (let us face it) it’s very easy to find mistakes in others, but how hard is to find your self as culprit!? . (more…)
